ConsultDr. Fava is an out of network provider, which means that she is not on any insurance panels and does not accept insurance directly. However, she does provide all the necessary paperwork for clients to be reimbursed by their insurance providers. For a lot of people, going out of network might seem out of their budget at first, so I hope it will be helpful to know that the majority of clients submit their statements of service to their insurance providers and receive reimbursement. Clients are generally reimbursed for 60 to 80% of the cost of their sessions, so please consult with your insurance provider to determine your level of coverage.
